Each month, select one of your sermons and send it to your coach for in-depth review and feedback.

Phone Call Follow-Up
You’ll have a follow up phone call with your coach to review the feedback and talk about how to prep and deliver with less stress and with greater joy and excitement.

As a church planter and Lead Pastor, I know how hard it is to generate great content week after week, year after year and stay encouraged on the path. That’s why, over the past 20 years, I’ve helped dozens of pastors sharpen their skills and re-discover their calling.
If you’ve been around church world for any amount of time, you probably already know that when it comes to skill sets, there are two things a Lead Pastor needs: Preaching and Leadership. Lead Pastors possess both in some measure but Leadership is the skill that gets the most attention.
We’ve got conferences, podcasts, coaching groups and a never-ending supply of books all designed to make us better leaders. But very few pastors put equal time into getting better at their craft when it comes to preaching.
We work IN it. But we don’t work ON it. And as a result, we stay ignorant of our blind spots and keep making the same mistakes, all the while wondering why the church isn’t growing.
